A lot of times, my job is to give advice. I help tenants pick the right structure.

I also put tenants in touch with a lawyer. The lawyer reads the lease. That helps protect your future in the space. And it makes sure no one takes advantage of you.

You need a team. Sometimes I help tenants put that team together.

Your team might include:

• An attorney
• A plumber
• An electrician
