I’m passionate about helping businesses find the spaces where they can grow, thrive, and bring their vision to life. My work goes far beyond real estate transactions — it’s about creating opportunities for entrepreneurs, investors, and community builders across Northeast Ohio.

I love helping local businesses start and scale. One of my favorite examples is Studio One Pilates Cleveland — I helped them open their first location in Bay Village in May 2025, and later found their second studio in Chagrin Falls, which they opened in November 2025. Watching their growth and success has been incredibly rewarding.

Another client spent years searching for the right space for her salon suites business while working with multiple agents. Within months of partnering with me, we found the perfect fit — and she’s now opening her first location.

I also had the honor of helping New Visions Unlimited, Inc., a family-owned, women-founded, and women-led behavioral health organization that’s been serving the community for 25 years. After struggling for months to find the right space, we secured an ideal office location that allows them to continue their mission in a new, welcoming environment.

Earlier this year I worked with Padel Square, a company bringing a completely new concept to Ohio — the state’s first dedicated padel gym. After months of careful negotiations, we secured the right space for them to launch their flagship facility, which will open in Cleveland in early 2026. It’s exciting to be part of introducing such an innovative fitness concept to our region.

Beyond working with business owners, I also represent commercial real estate investors, helping them find strong income-producing or value-add opportunities, or sell assets when they’re ready for their next investment.

Every project I take on is personal — because when local businesses grow, our communities grow too.
